Warm APRIL day

Two weekends ago we had a major "heatwave". Mid 70s. We literally went from really cold to extremely hot. It was quite a shock on the system. The kids as you can see felt it was necessary to fill up the swimming pool. This is actually taken the second day the pool sat in the sun. The first day the kiddos discovered that water from a hose is FREEZING COLD. Owen asked his mom to turn on the hot water! We both snickered. What you can't see in this photo is that there is actually a small pile of snow to the right still lingering! The snow has since left us. Green is also popping out. It's so nice to see the city in color instead of black white or grey!
